Apply a pea-sized amount to clean, dry skin at night. After cleansing, spread evenly across your face while avoiding the eye area. Wait a few minutes, then follow with a thick moisturiser. Always wear broad-spectrum sunscreen the next morning. After using it for a while, if you want something stronger, try Crystal Retinal 10 for a more potent retinal.
