Heat protectant before heat styling. Take 2 to 4 pumps (or 6 to 8 sprays depending on your hair length and thickness) into your hands. Spread the milky fluid evenly from the mid-lengths down to the tips. Comb through your hair to ensure the product distributes evenly. Proceed to blow-dry or air-dry your hair.
